  • Discounts

    Level 1 - Spend is under $10,000 yearly. Save 15%

    Level 2 - Spend is between $10,000-30,000 yearly. Save 20%

    Level 3 - Spend is over $30,000 yearly. Save 25%

Settlers Club currently only ships products to addresses inside the United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Free shipping is applicable on all Settlers Club products.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

While we work to get all orders out as quickly as we can, due to circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order. We appreciate your patience.

What courier service do you use?

Packages are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?

Once an order is processed, we are not able to change the address.


Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept any returns at this time, and all items are final sale. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled and the purchase is considered final.

It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their spaces prior to placing an order for any product on our site. All sizing and details can be found on our product’s individual pages.
Should you need to modify your order for any reason, please reach out to within 24 hours for assistance. We are unable to guarantee any changes but will do our best to accommodate. Past the 24 hour timeframe, we are unable to make any changes.
