Settlers Club is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We're continually improving the experience for all visitors and applying relevant accessibility standards as we go.
Our standard
We aim to meet the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
What we've done
- Descriptive text (alt text) on product images
- A "Skip to content" link for keyboard users
- Visible focus outlines so you can see where you are when navigating by keyboard
- Labeled buttons, links and form fields for screen readers
- A pause button for scrolling text, and no motion for visitors who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings
Ongoing work
Accessibility is ongoing. We review our site regularly, and some parts, including content from third-party tools such as reviews and payment services, may not yet fully meet these guidelines. We're working to improve them.

If you have trouble using any part of our site, or have a suggestion, please email support@settlersclub.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll make every reasonable effort to fix it. We're also happy to help you place an order or answer product questions directly by email.

Zoom: Press Ctrl and + (Windows) or Cmd and + (Mac) in your browser to enlarge the page. Use Ctrl or Cmd and − to zoom out.
Screen readers: Free options include VoiceOver (built into Mac, iPhone and iPad), TalkBack (built into Android) and NVDA for Windows.
Reduce motion: Turn on "Reduce motion" in your device's accessibility settings, and our scrolling text will stay still.
