This page adds detail to our Privacy Policy about the cookies and tracking technologies we use on settlersclub.com, the offers tied to signing up, and the other places you can shop with us. If anything here conflicts with the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, scripts and local storage. Together they keep the store working, remember your choices, help us understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising.

Necessary — Required for the store to function: cart, checkout, product options, bundles, fraud prevention and your consent choices. These can't be turned off. Providers: Shopify, Rebuy, Easify, Bundler.

Preferences — Power features like product reviews, wishlists and our Instagram feed. Providers: Judge.me, Swish, Instafeed.

Statistics — Help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate, so we can improve it. Providers: Google Analytics, Triple Whale.

Marketing — Measure our ads, show you relevant ads on other platforms, and run our email sign-up forms. Providers: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo.

Server-side measurement

Some of our advertising and email partners (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and Klaviyo) also receive event data directly from our store's servers, such as a completed purchase, rather than only through your browser. We send this data only in line with the choices you make in our cookie banner and any opt-out request or Global Privacy Control signal we receive.

Your choices

  • Cookie settings: Accept or decline non-essential cookies anytime through our cookie banner and preference settings.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: Visit Your Privacy Choices. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
  • Ad settings: Google Ads Settings, the Google Analytics opt-out, and optout.aboutads.info.

Notice of financial incentive

We offer 10% off your first order when you sign up for our email list. To receive it, you give us your email address, and we use it to send you marketing emails and to understand how you shop with us. We estimate the value of your email address based on the cost of the discount and our email marketing costs, and we believe the discount is reasonably related to that value. Signing up is optional. You can withdraw anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us.

Other places we sell

You may also find Settlers Club on Etsy, through other retailers via Shopify Collective, in the Shop app, in Facebook and Instagram shopping, and through AI shopping assistants. When you buy through one of these, that platform or retailer collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy, and shares with us what we need to fulfill your order.

Trade and wholesale

If you apply to our Trade Program or buy wholesale, we collect business contact details (name, company, email, phone, address and business information) to review your application, process orders and apply trade pricing.
