Settlers Club currently only ships products to addresses inside the United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Free shipping is applicable on all Settlers Club products.

Orders will be processed & shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?

Packages are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?

Once an order is processed, we are not able to change the address.
